Hi there, I've finally managed to finish my old plugin for filling holes in polygonal meshes.
All features can be seen in attached videos.

So the principle is it will "find" holes according to selection?

Yes. It also creates bridge when two open edge loops are selected, when only one edge it fills between two adjacent boundary edges.

Can it be that the ICE Operator is not installed correctly? There is a compound in the plugin but the js script does not find it. Any solution? Thanks.

Did you restart Softimage after installing, what does the error message says and what version of Softimage do you use?
Plugin uses ICE topology which was added in 2012 version.
