I recently completed this job for E4. Needless to say, it was totally Softimage for the CGI elements. All compositing was After Effects and Mocha (I love using Mocha almost as much as Softimage in its own way) I also used Zbrush and Photoshop and Agisoft photoscan and others.

Its the best brief I've ever been given. Basically, they pretty much let me do what I wanted as long as it incorporated the E4 branding, so it was a lot of fun to do.
I had limited time as I was working on other projects during this, so it was squeezed in during 'days off', weekends and evenings for months to get it finished.
Heres a 'breakdown' video showing the comparison with the original plates I shot.

Amazing work Paul! Thought I recognised that actor.
I'd love to see a breakdown of some of those cg creatures in more detail, that's a hell of a lot of work for a one man army!

Great work! The end was hilarious
Re: e4 Pirate Ident.
Very nice. You can see it's been fun. And still valid today, in the right hands Softimage can make a small team out of one person.
