PhysX FleX is a particle based simulation technique for real-time visual effects. So far we showed examples for rigid body stacking, particle piles, soft bodies and fluids.

I don't understand why can't we use those stuff in DCCs :/

Yes. It is up to DCC companies to get license and integrate it.
Autodesk have Mass/ClothFX from Nvidia with this tech but they don't evolve it long ago.
