A very simples question about using CLIPS (SOLVED)

Hey guys, i hope someone could help me on this:

I am trying to mix 2 different animation clips (both i created importing the MOTOR examples files that comes with xsi)

the 2 starts on the same position, so i am trying to offset one of them for mix both properly.

But my problem is:

every time i try to offset any of them, the one i am trying to offset jumps to the intial position...
its like they are TIED up.

I've tried this tecnique with simple animations, like using a simple BALL bouncing and it worked.

Wondering if i made something wrong when i ploted the motor files.
I noticed tha global position is not present on the motor files (GlobalSRT). Could be that?

How can i fix this?

After hours struggling against ACTIONS and CLIPS i finally discovered that was a pivot problem (i was moving in local, changing to GLOBAL(cog) fixed.

Beside that i was not selecting the right parts of the character. So i rigth-clicked and choose:

select driven objects (pose offset only) SOLVED as well.

Just something is still messing up here:

the head SPINS 360 degrees when is transitioning from one clip to another.
Is there any special thing to fix that? :D

Head spins are tricky, but you could try animate not in Euler orientation, but some other one - or animate with "Add" rotation and save that in the clip instead of the typical "local euler". Might help?
