Automatically rotates wheel in response to translation. Enter wheel
diameter manually. Convention is that "forward" is in the positive Z
direction, and "backwards" is in the negative Z direction. Wheel can
be parented to "axle" or "vehicle", etc. (NOTE: you should "Transform
> Freeze Rotation" for the wheel if it is, for example, a default
torus which you have rotated 90 degrees to be up on edge.) Also, this
compound only works with a Simulated ICE Tree.

---Anyone get this Compound to work? I tried it a while ago and could not get the object to rotate...just tried again with no luck.

Here's a screen grab of the simplest possible setup.
(I should really rewrite that thing to take advantage of ICE Kinematics...)
