Quixel Megascans to SI

Post by aer_ebi » 01 Dec 2019, 16:33

Hello everyone,
I want to use SI 2015 and Quixel Megascans simultaneously to my project. When I want to import fbx files from Quixel Bridge to SI, I see error box message and can't import it. The message is
"
The following error(s) occured while attempting to read the FBX file:
-File is corrupted (or invalid)
"
But when I download OBJ files from Quixel Bridge I have not any problem.
Although old fbx model I downloaded years ago have nothing any error.
I think Quixel's fbx files are new ver and SI not to import they.
How to fix this issue?
Thnaks

Thanks for your help. I did it ( Bridge to Maya to SI ), but I have some issue:
1) When I import fbx file to Maya, and re-export it again, does it lose some data?
2) fbx vs obj? which one is better for models with material, texture and vu, without any animation and rig like Quixel models?
