How to Align Normals in Softimage

Hi everyone i need some help with this problem, i need to align normals in one direction but i don't find any option for to do that, in application like Modo or Cinema 4D that is very easy, you only select the polygons and apply Align Normals command. Somebody to know a way or some plugin for solve that.
