It's a toolset of AE exporter and XSI importer.
It brings animated layer(any type of layers would be ok including null objects in AE) transformation data from AE into XSI. Maybe you can track some points on a video and then get them into XSI as nulls, etc.

but I too have been wondering for a long time what if I can import the motion sketched animation in AE into XSI.. Maybe usable for camera shake... etc.
