"Customer Involvement Program" nag screen

Post by Hirazi Blue » 08 Apr 2010, 12:17

When I started SI2011 for the first time, it greeted me with the "Customer Involvement Program" screen. As my Workstation lives a happy OFFLINE life, I was not planning on joining, so I clicked "no" when asked if I wanted to join. Normally that should have been enough. But a few restarts of SI2011 later this screen simply reappears. This is annoying, bordering on spam... Is there any way to prevent this screen from ever rearing it's ugly head again? :ympray:

No biggie, obviously, but annoying nonetheless... :-l

If this registry value is 0, the CIP prompt will appear:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\MC3\MC3RePrompted

For me, this value is set to 1 after I close the CIP prompt, and I don't ever see the CIP prompt again.
