XSI has a Man Character Generator, why not one for a woman character? all they have is that cheap low poly one that takes as much work to refine as modifying the man model.
I'm right now trying to create my base woman model for an original series project idea....but it's a pain in the ass...and getting the face/eyes/mouth to look right has always been the toughest part..
Why no basic Woman model?
Re: Why no basic Woman model?
Oops, "she" needs to see a doctor
Try this: http://www.makehuman.org
It's free and the basemodel has a nice polygonflow to start with (you can export to .obj)
Cheers, Wim

A web search and you'll get a lot of free 3d models.

that is pretty cool..luceric wrote:http://projectpinocchio.autodesk.com/
or maybe you should just get a Daz3D model at this point
Can you create the character, get things setup for movement and facial with motion builder, and then re-import it into softimage?
Would save ALOT of time..I'm trying to do original programs next year....

eventually that man model turned into this, over 5 days and ten hours.
Make Human would have saved me a few days
