I've got it almost worked out. In Shape Manager, I have him peeling off his suit. It works perfectly up until he raises his arm and the rest of the suit already taken off follows suit. They are controled by the same set of envelope weights. Gotta be an easy fix for this one I'm not seeing

Posted a few new scenes... i find the shots with smaller zoomed out characters rather than close ups a bit tougher to pull off...if I ever do go back and try to finalize the whole thing, it's going to need alot of work to polish it all off, but I'll be taking advice scene from scene then .
almost at the 9 minute mark, hope to reach today. just about halfway done!

I haven't worked on this one in over a year, it's time to fix it up a little. first up, new helmet. Went through an hour and a half podcast just for this.

Another 1.5 hours down.....a bit more work on the helmet and upper body. taking it piece by piece...trying to make it so it could look good even without toon render..

The Eyes need to be a bit lower, the Arm made bigger..the colors a bit duller, but other than that it evens out pretty close.

it could still use a bit of fine tuning, but it looks better than it did...bebop is next on the list when his next scene comes up...

updating some earlier shots... Scene 069 here. the newer model looks so much better it's not even funny.
Also re-synched the file to match the toon transitons, shot for shot. some scenes are almost dead on, i'm amazed..

slight changes to basic turtle model, now with show accurate dropper colors
huh.. I now know what that little pen looking thing does. Krang, recolored with the eye drop direct from a show screen cap. Shredder is next

Old Scene 069 above, new scene 069 below. now that i've got my shots lined up perfectly in synch with show shots, these older scenes from last year really bug me seeing how well the newer stuff matches up. went back and fixed two earlier scenes.

Good enough explosion, onto scene 166....now the really tough shots start.
