The end of DSTime (please adjust your preferences)
The end of daylight savings time (here in Europe) requires a slight change in the user preferences: To get the time-function running correctly when you're not logged in, while still making sure the time is correct, when you are, please manually edit "User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Global settings > Summer Time/DST is in effect", setting this value to "No".
This seems to be the easiest way to get these two time settings (logged off vs. logged on) in sync.
PS: Standard forum time is, as it has always been [UTC+1] Central European Time...
