Test Boolean Array (And, Or)

Is there an easy way to connect a boolean array to a logical "and" or "or" compound to get a boolean as a result? Are all entries in the array true (and), is at least one entry true (or)? The both logical compounds allow multiple entries, but how does one deal with it if all the boolean arrive in an array?
