don't remember that.
there is a thread with RS 2.0 new features on the RS forum. Take a look at this or in your property menu : you should see a "redshift rendermap" option.

I tested : "baking" is tuned to improove render times with light baking.
But Redshift works with rendermap, so you can save an AO render to uv space too.

You can delete all your clusters using the subcomponent slot on the right (just under the name of selected object) :

Select all your meshes, and type "polymsh.cls*" on it and press enter --> all your clusters are selected --> press delete

An other solution :

alt+shift+ right clic on the translate and/or scale and/or rotation picto. Then enter "0" and press enter.

Don't know if it's bug, but when you change your base model geometry, duplicate your model first for all your shapes an freeze them. Then if it happen again, apply the shapes to your new geometry.
