Hi everyone

Just wanted to share something i've been working on the last couple weeks. The car took about 2 weeks to complete and the garage a few days all in spare time after work. The parking garage is still WIP...Any crits are welcome.

Very nice - the car looks a bit too clean in the first render compared to the environment

That may be so, but in general & in this case specifically
I most definitively prefer "the garage"
over all those "clean" studio setups.
But that's just me, I guess! ;)

Thanks for the comments guys,

The car seems a little lost in the garage render, what happened was that i had made the garage and found an angle i liked but when dropping the car in it had to be far away to stay in a reasonable composition,if i moved it closer to camera it looked horrible as it would be framed right at the bottom...it was late, so i rendered it anyway.

Ironically, and not surprisingly, my favourite area of the image is the roof in the foreground and not the car at all! But it's a learning process and im still carrying on with it. I'm rendering different angles of it at the moment, and i'l probably park it in a bay too:p

Ha ha thanks, i actually don't like the blue after playing with the other colours...So when it came to posting it(since you can upload only three at a time for one post), i left it out. But here it is:

the environment-car paint combination on the blue, it's warmer and thats what i like^^
the white is also great.well everything is great,just saying.. ;)

I know of no such limitation & just went to the extra trouble to test it,
(even temporarily adding the blue car to your "three car" post)

I got a red error at the top of the page when trying to add more than three attachments. It happened when i was starting a new thread, i havn't tried it with replying because i assumed the same applied. Maybe this could be a theory?
