As a not entirely realistic face, I definitively like it.
As a likeness of mr. Hugh Laurie it has some issues though.
Maybe if you leave the "House" reference out of the picture
people will appreciate it more as an attempt at creating a human head
and won't critically compare it to the actual face you've based it on...
That said: either way, I couldn't have gotten so far, so I'm not one to criticize...
