Shortcut keys on Context menu not working? [Solved]

Please see the attach picture.

Pretty sure I muscle memory that :( :

1 Left Click Property.
2 Hit "W" on Keyboard

Should trigger that "Weight map"

Also muscle memory for many other shortcut keys...
This should be a Generic Windows feature from the start of windows, right?
e.g. right click any file, and hit C for "Copy" D for "Delete " etc...

Sorry I can not recall whether It is previously working or not, since I am not often using Softimage on Win 10...

it works as you described. win 10, xsi 2015

Thank you.

So any clue why it is not working on my system... ( BTW. working on normal Windows menu, ONLY not working in XSI menus )
just try to "run as Administrator" seem also no effect...
