Make Human Alternatives?

Curious if there are any other, or better alternatives to make human?

It's a pretty good little program.

I just wish it had even more features. most noteably, more clothing renders to choose from. and maybe even a few base objects to choose from, like trees and cars or buildings.

even I start to get tired of re using the same elements and creating new ones solo is time consuming and slows things down a ton.
