So supposedly one guy develops this:

I've been following its development. Looks amazing but it would be nice if he actually releases something.
I would use Max again for that.

what do you mean when you wrote "how difficult can it be?"
If you mean the development, the original particleflow was also made by just one guy, Oleg Bayborodin. There are lot of one people projects.

I meant that one person can show a software output much larger than many persons backed by an organization that should at least theoretically favor an output advantage. Many coders seem more to want to preserve the ecosystem and the relative hierarchy that exist between companies, others seem to even complexify what is simple or rejecting incorporating in application existing ease of use tools, even worse making bugs that are not fixed for ages, i am looking at you 3Ds Max - last good version 2012 - I wonder how much overhead - managers, sales etc - have companies like Autodesk, Maxon compared to 10 years ago.

Development is super fast. With Max costing in certain areas around 250/year and tyflow being free at the moment, it`s a really powerful combo and contender.

You need to be in English speaking countries at the moment and be under 100k year. But it`s the full version for 1-year, so it's fair.
