Request for Add-on: Subdivision Rule: Linear/Cat Clark Blend

Hello,
I wish there was a hybrid method of subdivision between linear and Catmull-Clark.

I would like to have a slider that blends between them.

I want to be able to slightly smooth the linear subdivision.
