ICE extrude edge?

As well know ICE was not full completed for work with topology (thanks to autodesk), I would like to know if there is possible doing a extrude/duplicate an edge.

A simple way to extrude all boundary edges is to use the "extrude polygon island" compound with "get polygon index" plugged in.

I had not figure out that "extrude polygon island" could use to extrude edges. I have to try this.
