During the MS presentation yesterday, this was announced: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/surface ... ace-studio

Before you start shouting "Expensive!!", just add a Cintiq+PC together ;)

I really like the design stuff that has come from MS in the last couple of years. And apparently the next W10 version is 'all about 3D'..... Lucky us ;)

So.... Apple... What's up with the new Macbooks??? :ymdevil:

Yeah, I think for a Cintiq of that size then a new machine with those specs to the side really makes a bargain the whole Surface Studio.

I like the concept.

And yeah, I like where Microsoft is going with it all. I've always used it mainly for the creative ecosystem.

Would be cool, if you could buy a monitor only version, and hook it up to a real beast.

This thing is getting a lot of idiotic bad press on the web right now.

It's being compared to other all-in-ones, like the Apple version and the likes of Dell.
But apparently completely missing the point of having a screen (sRGB and DCI-P3) that is touch and draw capable, and complaining on the prices and tech specs :((
So the MS bashing is in full swing it seems, despite coming out with something new and exiting. Like that Dial thingy. Great concept.

Especially when you look at the fact that all tech websites are pissing themselves over a silly touchstrip on the new Macbook.
Talking about a disappointing presentation from Apple... sheesh..

Haven't seen the bad press - but on DPReview a lot of loooong time Apple users are praising the Surface and wailing the new macbook.

from DPReview, one of the comments on the MacBook thread was:
"Just watched the Surface Studio intro video.
Wow, Apple nailed it again, they're really at the forefront of innovation, always.
And that Microsoft logo at the end - brilliant joke."

Made me laugh out loud :)

But the DPReview gets it about the Studio.
