more precise sliders

Ok, SHIFT is great, but what about even smaller steps? (was messing with clipping planes, 'shift' makes slider increment of 1, want decimals)

Transform preferences.
You can change the shift step and the sensitivity.
I think I've seen a plugin to change the sensitivity to a "precision mode" like a lazy mouse (it just toggles between 2 values in the preferences)
