Anyone tested it that can share their experience compared to current tools in generic big DCC.

quickly some -'s vs some +'s:
+ best cloth simulation atm
+ compared to ncloth or syflex faster and the pattern setup/tools is a clear advantage, you get free UVs, clothes have a natural not the super conforming apperance like polygon modeled cloth tends to have
- like all cloth simulators it simulates cloth in a vacuum - so you won't get nice air interactions (I've recently started a discussion about that on their forum). There's some ways to fake wind though
- standalone there's no plugins available, so you'll have to use file interchange workflow
+ speed improved quite a bit from version 3 to 6
+ cool new feature in 6 "soldify". Let's you "soft freeze" folds into the cloth
+ updates from version to next (yearly) are always quite substantial
