Seems this beta is Linux only

PLEASE NOTE:

This binary distribution only works on Linux. We currently build binaries for CentOS 6.5 (with many upgraded library dependencies that you will need to provide to use the USD binaries and plugins). The full list of required libraries is included in the download.

Additionally, some features of the distribution require Linux drivers and graphics hardware that supports OpenGL 4.3 or better.
