Fog not showing up

Hello..

I was wondering if anyone has had an issue where the Fog in a pass doesn't show up n the render. I'll create a pass that I use as a depth pass, by putting a Constant White color on the partition and set a Fog to black, and then adjust the Min and Max levels as needed.

But for some reason my damn fog doesn't work n certain scenes. But when I open a new scene with nothing in it and create a primitive using the pass technique... works as expected.

anybody else?
