Re: Automatic open Toolbars
Create a new layout, based on your favorite, add the toolbar as a custom shelf or as part of a tray switcher if you want to access multiple toolbars. Floating toolbars aren't possible AFAIK (but I know I'm wrong quite often...

Re: Automatic open Toolbars
Floating toolbars or other windows are possible in custom layouts. What you need to do is open the view, and then while the view is open choose View > Layouts > Save Layout (and make sure the layout is checked). You can't open floating views while in Edit Layout mode BTW, which is probably why a lot of people don't realize you can do this.Hirazi Blue wrote:Create a new layout, based on your favorite, add the toolbar as a custom shelf or as part of a tray switcher if you want to access multiple toolbars.
