Need Help

Hi Guys,
i'm trying to get this with ice but just hit a wall till now...

I want my objects forming a shap to fly to an other place and forming an other object. It would spread like an explosion from my object A with slowing time and then go to an other place forming my object B.

I tryed with Goal but get some difficultys with it. My objects have to be in a precise place, goal just react like a magnet without precision..
