Blender 2.71 Cycles Smoke and Fire

It's impressive when you think about it. 3ds Max or C4D don't have nice smoke and fire like this out of the box.

Looks better than anything I've seen made with Softimage. :D
But that might be my fault, not the lack of said material.

Well, it is a full, voxel based sim, not based on particles like built in stuff in SI. So there is no 'popcorn' look, typical for volume built around particles. Looks much better than render with Blender internal renderer, render time seems to be acceptable. From my small experience, to get enough details, cache can go to significant values, let's say, around 30-50 mb per frame for this one - should not be a big problem.
For those who want to use it as an addition to scene in SI or something else - to get SI camera in Blender, path that works is export to FBX, then converting the FBX to Collada, using Autodesk FBX converter.
