Post by Frank1000 » 28 May 2014, 21:37

Hi,
i'm looking to create statues for an antique room. Who can help me getting this achieved ? I need rigged characters and the ability to pose and drape them with cloth as in the picture.

ya i've downloaded the demo, but it doesn't allow for rigging, so i can't pose. It's sure a great plugin, but can't pull out $ 299 for this single task rt now.

SI has a male adjustable character only, if someone has an adjustable female character to share or a tip where to get one would be cool.

I would go with a posed character, zbrush (+dynamesh), time and skills.

If you have zbrush or mudbox combo I believe you can export a species character and then pose/sculpt it there. Then when/if you can afford, you could buy the plugin for rigging so you can breathe life to your sculptures and support exocortex :)

You could use 'Grow Rig', the free fully functional precursor to 'Species'.
