The kinematics joint keeps flipping to either 180 or 360 degrees. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, me again.
The kinematics joint keeps flipping to either 180 or 360 degrees. What am I doing wrong? Please pose the arm and see if you get any values both the arm has this problem.

Okay so I have set some Rotational Limit to the flipping joints and it seems to work.
