Deform by Curve compound volume not kept

I'm in need of a curve deform that binds it's self to the mesh. I have found one stAlign_Mesh_on_Curve, it doesn't keep the volume of the mesh, I've tried others as well including the softimage default deform by curve which is horrible, the only one that comes close, is the one mentioned, except for that flaw ?
