Could anyone tell me where Tape Measure 0.4 is found in the U.I ? I've been searching every menu possible (or as Tommy Lee Jones would say in his quote from the Fugitive (modified) I've searched each and every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse possible )
