Velocity Filter Compound.
It deletes particles when the emitter object moves slower or faster then the given velocity.

Would be nice, if you could have a look here..

I´ll provide the direct link for downloads, not at least because there seem to be trouble with restoring attachments after a site crash...THANKS..!

surly it can do opposite.!?! produce in these conditions.!?

Yes, I'm sure it can. This was done while learning more about ICE, and I would probably do things differently now. It does work tho.
