merge cubes

Post by clankill3r » 24 Sep 2013, 15:19

hi,

for a pen plot i have to much detail at the moment. There are a lot of cubes and i would like to combine cubes that are quite large and close to others.
How can i do that?

It doesn't have to be ice.

At the moment i have a dxf file of the model where it's just one mesh.

Is this doable in softimage?

ICE Goals and coagulate don't give what you want?

Since you are a bit vague i can't say more. Do want that the cubes join in the mesh you have?

You can try "filter points" for this (with high distance setting)
