Saving Softimage Google groups threads?

With new Google Groups interface it seems impossible to save Google groups threads. The http://www.mail-archive.com/softimage@l ... odesk.com/ instead doesn't show all posts in a thread. Any solution?

In Chrome, Save As gave me the whole thread in an HTML file.

Can you save it in mht in Chrome? html makes a mess with folders.
