crashes during help icon clicking?

crashes during help icon clicking?
Every now and then I will accidentally click on the little ? help icon. it'll bring up a web page and xsi will crash, loosing work. very annoying...anyone know why this happens?

I have never come across this personally, can't really think on many suggestions either. I don't suppose you have any particularly aggressive anti-malware / virus apps ?, something that is perhaps seeing xsi launching a webpage into your default browser as a bad thing....
Its the only thing I can think on that would cause xsi to die after the help has opened up... unless I guess it's opening it up inside xsi's own netview ?.. could be any number of reasons in that case
... For me it has always opened up the help in my default web browser over the years (usually firefox), I use it all the time sadly
