Does anyone know why my pixel zoom button (That rectanglular magnifying glass) would be missing on all four veiwport menus? Or better yet how do I get it to show up? Sorry for the dumb question but I've f1'nd and also tried resetting my layout to default with no luck. It's got me at a road block.

Never mind I just found it. Rotoscope options and then make sure fixed is not checked.
