Shortcut to adjust the values in transform panel

Hi,
Can someone remind me the shortcut/mouse combinaison to adjust the 3 value in the same time in the tranform panel? I have kind of memory hole and can't fint it in the docs...

You can mark all 3 values in the keying panel and slide in the value box or hit F4 and use MMB-drag to adjust it while dragging in the viewport.
