Hi a quick question here,
i know many nice ways to make particles take off (fly away) from geometry.
but what would be a good way to make particles land on another geometry?
So they fly away from object A and land on object B.
Anybody have an idea for that? Suggestion will be much appreciated.

Re: Landing ICE Particles on Geometry
If it is the same geometry you will love the "reinterprete location" compound.
Otherwise you could create two point clouds with the same amount of points, spread them evenly over both geometries and then use the positions of one cloud (probably in an array) as the goals for the other point cloud.

Hi Rork,
I will take a look at Eric Mootz plugin for this.
i will first try these ideas without plugins, also great suggestions, like the array of pointpositions.
thanks for the suggestions.
(i will post results here when done).

in xsi samples scene folder take a look at the 2 example scenes that have particle + goal in the title.
