Inbetween tool?

Do any of you happen to know any tool like for example tweenMachive (maya plugin) or some of the features that Graph Editor Redux (yes. Maya plugin)?

I haven't tried this myself (and do not know the original), but this plug-in claims to be based

Just a few notes:

-works on marked parameters as well
-handles rotation and translation separately, but you can press F4 to breakdown both at once.
-doesn't work with animation layers, it's useful to collect all the needed controls and create a 'fast' selection button instead, always faster than c-sets, same in Maya.

You should def. check out the motion trail plug in (V 1.5) the animation manipulator and the add/remove keyframe scripts, to shift keys by 2 customized buttons.
