ICE compounds - exposed port/parameters not moving up/down

Hi,

has anyone had this happening? When creating a compound you can't rearrange the exposed ports/parameters. Move up or down does nothing or it moves the port before the one selected.

Merge with new scene does not help.

2013 SP1.

You mean when a port is in a group it can't be moved?

[edit] Or when a port is under a port that is in a group? (Because that is my situation)

Change the port order gets trickier when there're groups in the mix, I always end up setting them directly in the xsicompound file.

There's a bug where clicking the exposed ports doesn't work because there's an ice node underneath them, but this doesn't sound like that one.

You can edit the xsicompound file with any text editor and set the groups in the xml definition, it's a lot faster than using the GUI IMHO.

Good to know, thanks. Would prefer a working GUI though. (For instance, being able to just drag 'n drop to rearrange order of ports). Something for feature request, I guess.
