I've joined the google group, but how do I post a message?

you cannot post from google groups softimage mailing list, only can view - its just a copy of the existing list.

To subscribe:

Send an email to
softimage-request@listproc.autodesk.com
with the subject
subscribe
Then reply to the confirmation email that is sent back to you.

To unsubscribe:
Send an email to
softimage-request@listproc.autodesk.com
with the subject
unsubscribe
Then reply to the confirmation email that is sent back to you.

Thanks that worked.

In case someone else is wondering, once you reply back to the confirmation email, you get another email that tells you how to post to the mailing list.
