What happened to "Curve location to normalized u"?

Post by Pancho » 23 Jan 2013, 17:15

For me it doesn't work at all. Either the values are screwed up or, like in this case some points don't get evaluated at all. Can somebody please give me a hint? THe curve is passing inside the geometry and the cuttoff distance is more than enough. Why isn't it working?

I expect this compound to spit out a value for each point which resembles the relative length of the curve at the closest location of the point to the curve.

Cheers

Just dissected the compound. It all goes wrong when the parts of the curve get added up. Does UV to Location not work correctly? No idea what else it could be. Apart from the fact when the attributes get defined they are globally, but when in use on a per point context (tempu, etc.)
