Hello
i have a model, that originally had the head detached from the body for facial animation purpose, now i have merged the body and the head back as if theyre separate a hole between the two meshes where happening when animating.
Now my problem is that i am welding the points and applying some smoothing to the merged mesh and cause that animation now its very slow.
So my question is, how can i freeze all modelling stack without freezing the merge meshes operator?
ive tried locking the value but this is not working.
Any help would be apreciated.
Thanks

Have you tried moving the merge meshes operator into a different construction mode, then freezing the modeling stack?

hey, yes, but seems that merged meshes operator is unmoovable from the modelling stack....

Ops outside the modeling stack may not modify the topology ... i.e. they may only move around points.
You can freeze everything below the merge op however by right clicking the op below it in the explorer then pick freeze.

yes i did try that too
Problem is that you cant move the mesh operator above the other operators cause it position automatically below them.
