Fillet Problem

Are there any polygons fillets tools equal to that of the NURBS version ? I don't have a problem with converted it from NURBS to polygons, I just want to know. There is a problem with the fillet NURBS in Softimage, this image has two cylinders, fillet together, look where the fillet is missed.
