Subdivide Coming Odd ...

Hi, I'm trying to subdivide this



but get ugly subdivisions no matter what settings ...



Any hints how this works to become smooth ? Like here :

That huge Ngon on the front of your glasses doesn't help.

Do you see how that ear example has nice fours sided polygons all the way around the front? Well tidy up your glasses in the same way and you won't have a problem with subdivision.
