Python: get material of current Render Tree?

Post by El Burritoh » 09 Oct 2012, 19:25

I would usually post this sort of thing on xsibase, but since that's gone bye-bye, is this where we should post all our questions?

Anyhoo, I am wondering how to find the material whose shader network is currently displayed in a Render Tree (let's assume the first one, if multiple are visible). Is this possible? Been poring over the SDK with little luck, unless I'm glossing over a big section somewhere...
