Geforce to Quadro ?

If as they say GeForce cards can be turned into Quadro. How do you do it ? All I come up with is these lame YouTube videos that don't work or old resources ?

Maaaany years ago quadro and geforce (like Radeon and FireGL) has, like only difference, the drivers, now something internal is different (bios?), so cannot transform a geforce.
