Please help : scene crash at loading

Hello,
A scene crash during loading*.
I have test that:
- merge the scene in an empty scene
- erasing my preferences (renaming Softimage folder in user folder)
Any idea before I call the support?

* details : the scene loads, then crash during HQV display (damned, why do I have save this scene within HQV )

Try setting the scene debug options, maximizing an explorer viewport, and then merging.

Click File > Preferences
In the Preferences window, click Data Management
Click the Scene Debugging tab and select the check boxes

The scene that do not open, import correctly now, but for a strange reason the latest scene was empty
